The DLG is an independent German organization for agriculture and food research and enjoys high prestige in Europe. The institute subjects the entered cheeses to a detailed investigation to examine the sensory quality. Experts evaluate the cheeses on taste, consistence, scent and appearance.
The DLG field experts awarded the excellent quality of Landana 1000 DAYS with the maximum score of 5 points. At the World Cheese Awards, Landana 1000 DAYS has been recognized with a golden award in the category “Gouda before 1/12/12.” The World Cheese Awards in Birmingham (England) were being held during the BBC Good Food Show and is organized by England’s Guild of Fine Food. For this famous cheese show, 2,777 cheeses participated in 129 categories.

Landana Fresh spreadable goat cheese MILD is a delicious pure cheese. It is smoother than the usual fresh goat cheese and is easier to spread. Perfect for sandwiches, bagels or toast, but also suitable in hot dishes. Moreover, this fresh cheese contains only 16% fat while not losing its delightful taste. Available in a handy cup of 150g and suitable for the cheese counter as well as self-service.
