Landana burger

lunch 20 min. 4 Persons Landana OLIVES & TOMATOES


3.5 oz. (100g) Landana OLIVES & TOMATOES
17.6 oz. (500g) ground beef
1 onion, very finely chopped
1 bread crumbs
1 egg
salt and freshly milled pepper
3 tbs. olive oil
1 course bread with sunflower seeds (whole)
1 head of lettuce
2 vine tomatoes
1 red onion, in thin rings
2 large pickles

Preparation Method:

Mix the ground beef with the onion, bread crumbs and egg and season with salt and pepper to taste. Make 4 burgers from this and fry these on both sides in the olive oil for around 10 minutes until golden brown and cooked thoroughly (the time may vary depending on the thickness of the burgers). In the meantime, cut 8 thick slices from the bread and dress one slice of bread with some lettuce. Place the burger on top of this and then gradually the Landana cheese, tomato, onion and pickle. Place another slice of bread on top of this. Repeat this with the remaining burgers and serve immediately.
