Traditional Landana LIGHT sandwich

lunch 15 min. 4 Persons Landana LIGHT

Ingredients:

4 slices Landana LIGHT
2 eggs
salt and freshly ground pepper
1 head lettuce
1/2 bunch radishes
2 Dutch tomatoes
4 round Italian buns (or subs)
4 tbsps mayonnaise
4 slices of raw or cooked ham
(optional) edible flowers

Preparation Method:

Boil the eggs hard, then quench and peel them. Cut the eggs into slices with an egg cutter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Separate and wash the lettuce, radishes and tomatoes, and cut them into thin slices. Slice the buns in half and hollow out both halves.

Spread 1 tbsp mayonnaise over the bun halves, cover one half with a lettuce leaf, a slice of ham, a slice of Landana LIGHT, tomatoes, egg and radish slices. Press everything together and place other half of bun on top.

Highly recommended while traveling and when craving a snack. Simply decorate with an edible flower petal.
